Next up, a Vinyasa Barre Yoga class at @karmonyfitness just down the road from my work 🧘🏼♀️! Recently I’ve added 1x Yoga class to my weekly routine (in addition to 2x strength & conditioning sessions). The aim is to improve/maintain my mobility, posture, stability & to learn relaxation strategies - I’m loving it ♥️. I’d be keen to hear whether you practise Yoga / Pilates or other forms of exercise to compliment your running?
