Figure 1: Bring one hand, then the other, onto your thigh near the back. Back is straight, shoulders down. Hold for 5-7 Breaths. ⠀
Repeat on opposite side. ⠀
Figure 2: For more of a challenge, try Revolved Kneeling Lunge: From Kneeling Lunge, raise the upper body; bring hands together in Namaste (prayer position) in front of the chest.⠀
Inhale, bring the right elbow outside the left thing near the knee; exhale, twisting a little more. Repeat on the opposite side.

10. MENURUNKAN GLUKOSA DALAM DARAH

11. MENURUNKAN KADAR NATRIUM
Berbagai makanan olahan dan cepat saji saat ini sangat penuh akan sodium. Terlalu banyak kandungan sodium akan mengikat lemak dan air yang ada di dalam tubuh anda dan akhirnya akan membuat lemak semakin banyak menumpuk pada badan anda. Melakukan yoga secara teratur menjadi cara yang efektif untuk menurunkan kadar natrium di dalam tubuh anda. Natrium ini nantinya akan dikeluarkan tubuh lewat buang air kecil dan juga keringat.
12. MENINGKATKAN SISTEM ENDOKRIN
Sistem endokrin merupakan sistem yang mengontol berbagai kelenjar di dalam tubuh seperti kelenjar keringat, kelenjar ludah dan berbagai kelenjar lain dalam saluran gastrointestin. Dengan sistem endokrin yang semakin lancar, maka berbagai racun dan lemak akan lebih mudah dikeluarkan dari tubuh anda dan gerakan yoga menjadi cara tepat untuk meningkatkan sistem endokrin tersebut.
13. MENYEIMBANGKAN KERJA OTOT
Salah satu kunci utama dari yoga adalah keseimbangan. Gerakan yoga yang selalu membuat otot bekerja dalam satu arah dan berlawanan akan menghasilkan keseluruhan latihan otot yang merata di tubuh anda dan akhirnya juga akan meluruhkan lemak di seluruh bagian tubuh anda.
14. MENINGKATKAN KEBIASAAN MAKAN SEHAT
Yoga yang juga selalu melatih pikiran juga akan meningkatkan kebiasaan makan sehat di keseharian anda. Dengan meningkatkan kebiasaan ini, maka akn berpengaruh pada pengendalian gula darah, membantu proses penurunan berat bdn dan mengatasi kebiasaan buruk yakni makan tidak teratur. Yoga memiliki peranan penting dalam menurunkan kebiasaan makan berlebih, meningkatkan aktifitas fisik dan juga menurunkan berat badan secara bertahap.

One of the most beautiful lessons I’ve learned from my yoga practice is self-love. The practice itself - flowing through postures, breathing, learning - is love. It’s taking care of my body, taking care of my spiritual self, taking care of my mental health and it teaches me the importance of caring for all of those parts of who I am so that I feel like a whole, loved person.
My practice also teaches me to be patient with myself and to love the strength and growth that I am capable of, both physically and mentally. It is a special thing, to connect so deeply with myself so often.

Just a little tucked tripod headstand from last week. Currently, I am buying a replacement car! Then I'm driving back home to do all the yoga & settle into PA for the next few weeks. 🤗 It's been a hectic past couple of weeks... (wedding, gender reveal party, car accident, over 6 essays, multiple final exams, being sick, and more!)... and I really just need some time with myself to decompress, center, and ground myself. 🧘🏻♀️ ❤ I don't say any of this to complain. I'm just pointing out that life happens sometimes. I have been rolling with the punches, and staying positive, and it has made all the difference. 😄

Length of treatment is individual to each patient. The 1st treatment will relieve your symptoms for a few days. When I started to practice 4 years ago I could barely touch my feet and I could only dream of doing a splits. Today I did my deepest oversplits ( these blocks are really thick) and I am so proud for never giving up. 🙏🏼
It took me 2 years to do my first splits and 3 to feel really confortabile in it.

Spinal injuries are likely to occur when the cerebrospinal fluid is congested. For prevention, include these waves in your daily warm-up.
Asana practice offers the opportunity to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. Simply by recognizing tension, by breathing into it, it begins to lift off the body. Eventually the asana is a reflection of the inner state: clear, steady, still like unmoving water.
Like you: completely unconcerned and peaceful beneath the busy ripples and fluctuating waves of the mind.
