I truly had to gear up for this morning- my first day with a personal trainer. To say I was scared, nervous, and even concerned that I wouldn’t make it out alive really was putting it mildly.😬
Now I’ve been going to the gym for months now, on my own, 4-5 days per week. I’ve observed this trainer with his clients and have always been impressed. 👍
So, as part of my marketing that I’m doing this year for real estate, I’m partnering with other professionals to send out to homeowners a special offer. And my January promotion will be offering Personal Training and nutritional consulting with Benjamin Schroeder. 🥦

Now I am always totally honest- feeling inadequate is not something I do well with.
I went into this session with major self-doubt... that this 45 year old mother of 2 could actually do the exercises without falling on the floor.😳
Guess what?? I made it! Not only did I make it through the hour+ workout, stretching & advice- I loved it! Benjamin is a true professional- incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. His advice and instructions are solid and purposeful. I am super excited to recommend him if anyone wishes to get started living a healthier life, to feel & look better for yourself, or to break through to another level that you wish to achieve. 📈

Washing the dishes without music is not an option in my world 😂. On another note, I'm staying #lean in December. I'm not going on any crazy bulking #diet this winter. I never do. It makes springtime cutting much harder than it has to be. 1 x #cheatmeal a week and that's it! Except Christmas day and boxing day - all the rules are out the window in those 2 days. Pass me those chocolates!
