Ele se inicia no final da coluna, passando pelos glúteos e parte posterior da coxa, e quando chega no joelho se divide entre nervo tibial e fibular comum, e chega até os pés. .
Quando, neste longo trajeto, existe uma compressão ou inflamação é comum ouvirmos queixas de dor intensa, com sensação de formigamento, pontadas ou “choque elétrico”.
Essa dor geralmente surge no fundo das costas, glúteo ou pernas, causando dificuldade em manter a coluna ereta e dor ao andar. .

When I look back and realize how far I've come, I can't help but smile🤗
Exercise hasn't only strengthened my physical body, but my mental and emotional states as well. My therapy is pushing my body to its limits and beyond❤
Just a gentle reminder that if I managed to do this 👆🏽, then SO CAN YOU do whatever the hell you set your mind to 💪🏽
If I managed to escape a mental prison that held me captive for years, then you DAMN BET you can alter your mindset and be the person you wanna be. 👊🏽
If I managed to achieve probably the HARDEST THING I’ve ever done at the age of 20, then you can definitely 100% kick ass RIGHT NOW 🤟🏽💁🏽♀️

🎄HOW I’M STAYING ON TRACK DURING THE HOLIDAYS 👇🏻
Did you just roll your eyes? 😂 Think, “Stay on track during the holidays? I’m not even thinking about health! Hand me those sugar cookies!!”? I hear you! Until probably this year, I usually wrote off all of December when it came to fitness. I’d still workout, but I literally would eat cookies for breakfast & want Christmas treats DAILY.
And while there’s nothing wrong with some holiday indulgences (seriously... it’s ok 🙏🏻), doing it daily in December left me feeling sluggish, heavy & lethargic, & that seemed to increase the closer we got to Christmas.
I’d start January every year 5-7+ pounds heavier than I ended October.
This year, I decided to STOP this pattern.
We talk so much about not wanting to “miss out” on the holidays for the sake of fitness but honestly? I’m tired of missing out on FEELING GOOD for the sake of a having that fifth cookie or Rudolph Mix for dinner (again). ‼️3 THINGS KEEPING ME FEELING GOOD:
1️⃣ NOT allowing the holidays to change ALL of my healthy nutrition habits. Will I still have cookies for breakfast a couple times? HECK YEAH. But that doesn’t mean a healthy lunch/dinner get thrown out the window. Just because I have a treat at some point in the day doesn’t mean the day is “ruined”. It only gets “ruined” when you continue to overeat the rest of the day because you feel guilty for the one treat ❌ STOP THAT!
2️⃣ I’m still working out!
I know it’s cold. I know the day gets dark at 4pm. I know it’s hard to get motivated. But you know my opinion about motivation 😉 (stop relying on it in order to workout). Staying active helps those extra holiday goodies not make a difference in my physique, & helps me feeling energetic and motivated to eat well!
3️⃣ Saying YES to the holiday treats I really want! I don’t feel restricted because if I see something I really want, I absolutely say yes to myself! But I don’t NEED every cookie that crosses my path. Learn to say no to stuff ya don’t LOVE. It makes the indulgences you say yes to that much more satisfying!
