OH SNAP. Run to Xmas x love trails festival. Awkward and weird. Oh well, you live you learn. Had a pint of beer and a mug of wine before the last 2 miles and somehow didn’t die. Somewhere between 6-6.5 miles 🤪 (~54min)

Back to the #adidas running apes vial session last night. Quick run to the head store on Oxford Street to then have a body composition analysis, a mobility analysis and then a gait test. Best way to improve is measure as keep track of progress and focus on areas that need work

365 & 1/4 days or so ago @adidasrunners Mumbai 🇮🇳x LDN 🇬🇧
Running 1km intervals, in the streets of Mumbai in 26 degrees at 6.30am ‘sharing’ the road w/ 🚕, rickshaws & 🛵. Only got ‘beeped’ at a few times hundred times & never got run over means I succeeded right ⁉️
Also met this athlete here @fitgirl.india for the 1st time! Keep inspiring those kids Ayesha, through the running & fitness movement in India!

good mornting 😜 who else went to the track this morning? If you’re not really on a track, is it really #tracktuesday ? 🤔 5x1 km at 10k pace (~4:45/km) plus 500m recovery jog. 1 mile wu + cd. Corrected distance: 6.35 mi (52:41)
My advent calendar of gratitude: day 2 ☀️ thankful for my health 🏃🏻♀️ not only injury-free, but most importantly, cancer-free. Able to wake up every day, take a deep breath in, and take on the day ahead of me 💖 .

The only race distances I did in the good old school days were 100m or less, those were my favoured race distances, but the lactic acid 📈these days working on these distances are real 🤢😬

Accidentally bandited a race I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (it’s not banditing if you didn’t know there was a race on and the race was literally in your way so I don’t want to hear any grief about it ok bye ✌🏽)

gotham 🦇 run commuting today! 5 in to work, and 5 back from work for a total of 10 easy miles. Doubles are definitely not for everyone but I think they’re really good for dialing in your easy pace - if you can run the same time for each run, then your easy pace is spot on, but if your second run of the day is much slower and the first wasn’t intended as a workout, that’s indicating a problem. My runs today were within a minute of each other (44:30 am and 44:04 pm), so I’m feeling pretty good about that! Running through an area with poor gps signal is also really great for learning how to run by feel! Anyone else run commute to work? 🏃🏻♀️🔬🏺
you might be forgiven for thinking today is any day other than 29 November cause you guys it’s warm!! I mean 3 days ago it was below 0 and our planet is basically fucked and please conserve energy and ride bikes or walk or run and buy local, but I can’t help but be a little happy that it’s warm. Taking a half day at work today cause I need it so I don’t feel like I’m going to go insane. 4 miles (35 minutes ON THE DOT)
The countdown to the Hogs Back road race in Guilford this Sunday is on, really wanted to run last years event but left it to late to register 🙄 Memories are still fresh from the Fulham 10k almost 2 weeks ago 👌🏽
I ran the Adidas Fulham 10k which was very flat and well-supported. Definitely recommend it. Managed a good time 35:24 and despite some anguished looking pics, I felt good! #adidas#10km#takechargeldn

Can proudly say I completed my second 10k this morning and it feels so good! Anything you want to do that you think you can’t, just try and I promise you will surprise yourself!How are you going to challenge yourself?
