Well I walk into my office today thinking it’s going to be a normal day at @blackstonelabs_official but all of sudden I see the famous @officialflexwheeler and the homie @keone_pearsonifbbpro and I’m like holy shit! I’m in my work clothes one meal deep( usually before I train I try to get at least 4 to 5 meals in). So we’re shooting the shit and Flex goes “you down to train” I’m thinking in my head like you never pass up this opportunity even if you have no food or water in your system for 24 hours lol. But got to ask the boss @pjbraunfitness if I’m aloud leave work and he said yes! Btw I can’t thank him enough for giving me the opportunity to train with Flex and Keone! Flex is like you sure you can handle it and I’m like just bring whatever you got because I’m hear to learn. So in the video you see we’re about 4 exercises deep and I see Keone do a big set and I’m like I can do that weight. But in reality I couldn’t and Flex taught me a valuable lesson don’t be stupid and try to compete with someone doing a heavier weight that you can’t handle your only going to get hurt. Compete with yourself he said and that shit stuck to me. I’m in it for the long game and best believe I’m going to be climbing my way to the top! Consistency is key and I got say Keone and myself took training to the hyperbolic time chamber! Black Goku and Goku hit the levels of a Supersaiyan to a whole another spectrum @athleticfactorgym . Pj was right about high volume because even the one and only Flex Wheeler preaches high reps and my fucking pump was on a whole another level today. Once again thank @pjbraunfitness for the opportunity! Watch out guys @keone_pearsonifbbpro is brining war to the 2019 ARNOLD CLASSIC!
Pushed the 100+ today. Started off light for warm up with 50 then immediately jumped to 85lb dumbbells. 100s were 2 sets of 16 and 15. As far as the 120s concern were full range of motion for 8. .. #ONTHEHUNT .

The little christmas tree on my lower back arrived just in time, now I can spend more money on supplements :p... aight so 2019 incoming big time and im headed for surgery:((... shoulder subluxation since I bailed hard on snowboard🏂 is still holding me back from bigger lifts, public administration is a bitch so probably have to wait until 2020, its too expensive otherwise(so I should just stfu:p), and 9 months recovey time is all starting to get real now holy hell its time to put inn some work 🏋, so basically im just trying to get my health back 100%Including a stronger shoulder joint then I had before, its all about how much work and planning you put in and lisson to the body when it speaks to you, remember its you vs you and it should only be about health your own well-being boosts every aspects of your life, especially if you want to do the same activites as you did when you where a kid, which now in these days has started to become more important to me.

From Latvia i was on strict diet and training, fighting at 69kg. Landed in England, gained 9-10kg literally. Now need to lose it. Lesson learned, Stay disciplined and consistent.

me looking back wondering why I give so much of my time and love to ppl who don’t care 👎🏼 with finals this week I’m feeling the stressed, even tho I haven’t had time to be in the gym as I want I’m really proud of myself for working so hard in school I’ve had so many small wins emotionally that I’m so satisfied.
