Your feet have many joints and bones in them, and are very similar to your hands, modern footwear leaves them restricted. Get out and get moving barefoot, this will free up your feet and begin your transformation from the ground up.
Walk for 10-30 minutes every day barefoot on either grass or sand. Both of these surfaces especially sand allow your feet to move very freely. I consider walking barefoot on sand one of the best things you can do for full body health and recovery.
Deep Squat - 2 minutes. This is the humans natural resting position and is like magic when incorporated daily. Work on your ankles adjusting your weight on 1 side at a time, then working on some hip oscillations, and driving your knees out with elbows intermittently for 30 seconds.
Despite common misconception there is a fair amount of rotation involved in running. If you feel uncoordinated, tight and not loose in the upper body as you should, use some spine warmup movements as shown here.
Video 4: Baseline strength. Perform Dead Bugs for 3 sets of 10 reps with 1 min break, and Glute bridges for 3 sets of 30 second holds. These are not very taxing, and can be done everyday.

What is this??! It's one of the original survey bolts of NYC's grid system. And it's an absolute treat to find! We won't tell you where it is, but if you take a Central Park run with us you might get lucky and see it on the tour. 🏃🏿♀️🤫🏃🏽♀️
Have you heard of Wagner Cove in Central Park?? If not, we understand! It's a little tricky to find. Named after former mayor of NYC, Robert Wagner, it's a secluded spot on the edge of the lake marked by a wooden structure and two benches. Fun fact! It's used to be called the Cherry Hill Boat Landing 🚣🏻 .

Did you know??! The medallions you see on the hood of cabs in NYC were created in 1937 to limit the number of taxicabs?! There's been a drastic shortage in medallions that they even sell for $1 million each!!! 🚖 🏃🏽♀️ Good thing you don't need a medallion to run in NYC. 📷 @picturesque.jpn
