It’s been a minute, @SWITCHPLAYGROUND!
We wanted to revisit one of our old favorites and give those of you who might have missed our past posts the low down. Here’s the synopsis: you get paired up with a partner and go through various stations (everything from resistance bands to the stair master, TRX and more) and, hence the name, you switch from station to station every 2 minutes.
⭐️Class begins with a yoga portion pre-hitting the stations
⭐️you’ll do 20 diff workouts during class
⭐️There are lots of instructors in the room who quickly & efficiently explain the new moves you’ll do at every station
WHAT’S COOL AB IT:
💥It’s a full body workout, and if you hate doing something, you only have to do it for 2 minutes!
💥It’s a great partner workout: bring your friend, bf, or do it with a group!
💥There’s a live DJ, so the music is poppin’
💥Class will FLY by because you’re switching so much
💥The energy level is really high and the instructors are all SO nice
PRO TIPS/HOW TO NAVIGATE:
✔️If you come with a friend, check in at the same time so you’re partnered together
✔️If you don’t come with a friend you’ll be partnered with someone!
✔️Pay attention to the lead instructor on the mic, they will count down time/tell you when to switch
✔️This class is best to do on a day where you’re not too sore, as you will be working EVERYTHING
✔️Come with an open mind, bc you’ll be doing many diff exercises, some of which you may not loooove
✔️It’s on @classpass, but gets very full on the weekends!
