My unforgettable day! It’s such a big step I reached.. Five months ago I had the accident left a scar with me! At that moment I lost my mind.. lost self-confidence but someone still believed in me, cheered me up, stood beside me and made me stronger!
25th Nov 18 in front of the start line, the white noise in my head told me that “it’s my day! I’m gonna win this game!”.. I closed my eyes then, portrayed myself screaming out loud behind Seiko screen ...sub 3:30:00... At 9:00AM I start to run with determine and strong minded.. I could feel every single Km.. past them fast.. and never slowed down even I had to ran up on high overpass! Controlled every step steadily.. told myself “never hit the wall”.. the more I got close to finish line, the more delighted I felt! Never stopped!!
Ultimately I past the finish line.. screamed and cried out loud like I imagined previously!! 🤣😂🤣 appreciated that moment for a while.. yeah! I can do it! “3:24:18”
Love and thanks.. my mom and dad who let me follow my dream.. my conditioning coach who has never lost the faith in me.. my friends who always encourage me and make my life more lively.. someone who hasn’t left me behind and particularly Thai runners who took care of me along this trip!! 😂🙏🏻❤️ Now I’m ready for the next chapter of my life.. go through the new goal

Osaka marathon 2018
Where should I start....I want let everyone know that anything is possible if you dedicate yourself and put in the work! My goal was to run a full marathon before 50 - Osaka Marathon- DONE! The Osaka Marathon atmosphere and cheer up groups were amazing! I ran 29 km non stop ..until something called cramped snuck up attacked my calf. 😭. From there I limped and jogged the rest of the way! Marathon is truely exhausting but at the same time gratifying. I didn’t get the time I wanted but someone once told me the hardest part to the marathon is signing up for one! Lastly, I want to thank these individuals for pushing me to my utmost limits: @mamsurivipa@ray_ifit@paihyper@pass_the_corn. I also want to thank all my friends, followers and fans for the support in spirit! 🙏Bobby Poon OUT! #mambobletsgo#osakamarathon2018#mizunothailand#recoverymode
Osaka Marathon 2018
3:39, 10 mins worse than my first marathon, but it’s better than my expectation of 3:45 with the shameful insufficient practice and problem of my left foot.
More or less kept 5-min pacing for the first 30k until I cramp. Crampfix didn’t work for me at all, and speed dropped like hell afterwards. 😔
No much mood to run, but my brain kept thinking the potential finishing time, which the pacing was kinda between 5:30-6:00 after cramp. Upon reaching the last 1k, my run time was 3:34:00, which I still have chance to make it sub 340 if I pushed myself further. Despite half of the last k was slightly uphill, I just almost closed my eyes and kept pushing to run as fast as I could (with my head up again, sorry I know I shouldn’t ), and even accelerated in the last 200m, finally finished with 14 seconds buffer. 😌
PS I almost jog 2k to reach the start point.... Marathon is really a fair game. Result is proportional to the effort paid. Wish I can train more for the coming Tokyo Marathon next year if my left foot allows me to. 👊🏻🏃🏻♂️🔥
