Выносливость на перекладине
Первым делом для увеличения результата необходимо, я думаю, увеличить выносливость и силу хвата конечно. По ощущениям первыми отказывают предплечья
Делаю первый подход на максимум (утежелители по 3 кг), и потом после полного восстановления стараюсь сделать подходы по 70% от первого, и пока не будет всего 100 Подтягиваний. Дл начала думаю пойдет (в дальнейшем надеюсь увеличить объем)
Определился с конкретными целями на ближайший период. Выбор пал на увеличение количества повторений в подтягивания и брусьях с собственным весом. Необходимо 40 раз подтянуться на перекладине (в правильной технике) и 50 раз отжаться от брусьев
На тестовой тренировке сделал 31 и 40 соответственно
Также постараюсь не очень терять в мышечной массе, то есть хочу включить и тренировки на гипертрофию в цикл (не только на выносливость). В принципе, тренировочный план почти уже созрел в голове, скоро будет здесь
Hello insta peeps! It’s been awhile...and I know it’s been awhile because I’ve had a few people reach out and ask why I haven’t been posting lately. *
Because I am tired, haven’t felt creative, and I am pretty sure I am the farthest from being inspirational. *
And you know what... that’s okay. BUT.....those people asking are also keeping me accountable. I want to encourage people and make Instagram work. And ya can’t do that if you don’t put in some effort. So I am going to persevere and schedule time to make it a priority. Thank God for people who can call me out and keep me accountable!

This is the most proud of my physique I have ever been. I was so happy with what I had build and the results I was having. This picture was taken in 2016. I had competed in one show and I was getting ready for my second. After my second show I knew I had to get bigger!!!! Which is what I have been doing for two years. Adding depth and size has been my main focus! .
Going into 2019 I have added size and restructured my build. Currently I am not excited about my physique but I know that I have three weeks left of this phase. It is important to constantly remind yourself to trust the process and stick with the plan.
