Since I’ve cleaned out my system I’ve lost a ton of fullness but it’s all part of the process. I was always stuck on the thought that I had to build pro level physique in a short amount of time but after seeing so many new and talented bodybuilders suffer from health issues I have greatly changed my views. What you ask? That's right, screw clean eating to lose body fat and gain muscle.
But, before some of you go crazy, for the everyday gym goer I believe in super flexible meal/macro planning. At the end of the day, not everyone want to get on stage and do photo shoots. Red below if this is YOU! 😀
👉Flexibility in meal plans is key. Why restrict the food you love? By doing so the while progress of reaching your goal will not be enjoyable.
💻CASE: I have a client I'm working with named Bel. She is doing a great job and absolutely killing things. We started her off using a set meal plan with clean foods. We realised after the first 5 weeks that this wasn't sustainable for her lifestyle. Simple solution. We adjusted and created a macro meal plan to allow Bel to eat when she could, also allowing her to consume foods that are not considered 'healthy' but got her daily macronutrient requirements, making things far more easier for her to follow.
👉Results are still coming and she is finding things a whole lot easier! 📲I have a whole lot of clients that I use this system with, due to that fact that they want great results while enjoying life and the foods they love 😀
