Happy Wednesday 🌈⚡️ From last night’s sesh. Start of November to now, wanted to shift as much body fat as possible before starting a new bulking phase 😇🏋🏻♂️.
Really hesitant to throw this one up but it carries a message. When I first started training I was obsessed with getting bigger and stronger, as I’ve grown up I’ve realised that genetically this is unlikely to happen and it was hard to accept 💁🏻♀️😩.
No I’d rather be happy and feel healthy than worry too much about size and strength 😬 I want to see what this next bulk phase can do and I think I will smash all my PBs but I’m not worried about the size of my arms anymore 💪🏻🤔.

LMAO you guys, I posted some songs from my metal-ish playlist yesterday and y’all freaked out 😂😂😂 I guess lowkey I totally like that music. But I like all music! And those are some of the best songs to lift to. Have me feeling like a bad bitch 🤷🏻♀️ Takes me back to the days of 2009-10, when I literally LIVED for the hardcore scene and not too long after had a nose ring and other piercings 😂🤦🏻♀️ My my, how life changes. Anyways sometimes I like to indulge myself and listen to that kinda music and boy does it bring me back 💭 Definitely had a hell of a shoulder workout last night. Laser focused and heavy AF. What kind of music do you like to listen to when you lift?!
