Group training sessions are always a great way to stay on track and keep your motivation up. I love meeting my ladies on a Sunday morning and giving them a push into the new week. They even show up if they’ve had a late night involving Henny lol. THAT’S commitment! Group training has so many benefits ➡️economical- cheaper than a one on one session every time you train ➡️camaraderie- you get to sweat alongside others who have similar goals and don’t feel quite as awkward yearling abuse at me if others are snickering along/agreeing 😂🤔😂 ➡️variety- shaking your routine up and adding new exercises under the supervision of an expert stops you from getting bored and gives you new skills to be proud of ➡️support- from the trainer and your workout buddies ➡️focus- that’s not ALWAYS there when you work out alone, let’s be honest ➡️FUN!!!! No further comment 😂 ➡️RESULTS. When you consistently stick with a well put together program, training schedule, eating plan and supplementation plan you will absolutely get results. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out. (My class also loves jasper the fitness cat so a picture of him lecturing is included in the post) -

Many people get big into bodybuilding but give up somewhere along the lines when they realize that a dog has a more entertaining life than a bodybuilder. Your task at hand is to single out a couple muscle groups each day and put it through as much agony as you can possibly bare and then some. All of the above is useless if you aren't shoving food down your throat throughout the day. Please do not think you are a public figure because you pursue this activity. Your discipline and hard work can only be saluted so much simply because you are doing something that benefits absolutely no one but yourself. It is a personal thing to pursue for personal reasons, but around 70% of people's reason is their fitness page. I have many many inner demons I'm battling and this activity levels it out very well. I was in the gym on Christmas, Halloween, Birthdays, Thanksgiving, Easter, Hanukkah, Quanza, whatever you celebrate, I was in the gym. We all envy the guy that's jacked as hell before we get there ourselves but there is simply nothing to envy other than the fact that this person has enhanced the size of their muscles.

Always remain humble, regardless of how overwhelming your progress can be. The body that you're trying so hard to build up is temporary and will one day go back into the dirt. Spirit and energy lives on.

Good morning 🙋🏽♀️ I thought it would be nice to do another WHO AM I post since I’ve gained quite a few followers these past few days (as always feel free to stop reading now if you’re an OG follower 😘)
SO I’m Jasmine, I am 29, a Health Care Social Worker, Mama to Jianna aka Jiji (1) and Jurnee (almost 3) and partner to Jeremy (@kingkane_vb 😍). On January 1st of this year I decided to start my FINAL weight loss journey (no more starting and giving up) Jeremy also began his. In January I was 2 months post partum and almost 300lbs. We truly wanted to become the best version of ourselves for our physical, mental and emotional health. In the picture on the left I was 1 month in to my journey and about 20 lbs down.
🔹I started following the @21daymealplan and began working out at home 30 minutes a day (you can find a detailed list of the workouts I’ve done in my workout highlight).
🔹The majority of my workouts have been at home
🔹I do have “cheat” meals but not very often (once or twice a month)
🔹I lost a total of 120 lbs in 9.5 months, gained a couple back during maintenance and am currently working towards my lowest weight of the year which I plan to hit before the end of December.
🔹I started this account at the end of April for accountability and never dreamed it would grow so rapidly. I love connecting with all of you and do my best to get DM’s when I have time 💜

The infamous “mommy pouch” aka muffin top. The single most insecure part of my body then and now. The good news? It gets better. The bad news? It won’t ever be 100% gone without surgery. Right now, I’m going to focus on the change and not beat myself up with how bad it is still.
My #tummytuck saga is still unfolding and still trying to find the right surgeon for me. I will be getting an #abdominoplasty and muscle repair as well as a #breastaugmentation since these are my loose skin problem areas. I have a lot of loose skin on my breasts and I have a really hard time with it.
Please don’t let loose skin EVER deter you. If it has in the past, look at my 230lb photo on the left and 138lb photo on the right and decide which one you would rather have. I have no loose skin side effects, there’s side effects to obesity. Make the right decision. Not only for you, but for your family. #makethechange#itsworthit
