When you have a PT, do they tell you what to do and just stand there? Or maybe they are too busy talking about them self... do yourself a favour and have the self respect for yourself and invest your money & time into someone better...
Your PT should be assessing your form, technique, looking at the weights you are lifting/pushing/pulling... if they have their phone out they should be videoing YOU, taking Pics of YOU... not texting their friends, girlfriends/boyfriends etc.

I've really stripped my training down to the basics recently and have been loving my sessions. I've been sticking to the exercises that I know work and have been leaving my sessions feeling supppper good 👏🏻🌟
Never did I think I'd fall in love with working out like I have. There are times where I don't feel motivated, but at the end of the day, it makes me a far happier person. Working out makes me a far happier, more positive and productive version of myself and I frickiiiiiin love having that time in the day to work hard and make myself proud and satisfied ☺️ remember, do it for yourself! Find what you enjoy and do it for you. 💜
