The society is built by social system.
The social system is made for our beloved ones.
The beloved ones start from our family.
Our family is created by love.
The society always teaches us how important love is.
At the same time, it does not provide us enough time to spend our short life with our family.

Thought to upload my first set of overhead presses of 63.5kg (5x5). Last couple of weeks been trying to remove leg drive and soley focus on shoulders (military press style), really happy with how it felt, although I consider "First set, worst set" was happy with how they looked... Until fatigue kicked in at 4th rep 😂 deadlifts was very satisfied with, although dealing with a knot in the left hamstring today, the 3 reps moved smoothly with good form, attempted the 4th rep & felt shoulders round slightly on the engagement of the lift so didn't decide to grind it out incase the hammy pings/just knew I wasn't going to get the lift. Get to attempt again Monday, so we'll see how it goes 😊
Plyos with Lewis @cremedelacramer this evening. Plyometric exercises are a great way to increase agility and conditioning. If you're looking to start a fitness journey I can help! Call, text or DM. Info is in my story. ❤

⏰ When is the best time to workout? I get this question often. But I personally don’t believe there is a right answer. I think for each person it’s going to be different according to their schedule and sleep pattern. There are pros and cons to morning, mid day, and evening workouts. 😴 When I workout really early in the morning it’s hard. I do it when I have to which is often... but it’s hard, especially if I didn’t get a decent amount of sleep. I like how it feels to be done working out at like 8am because then it’s out of the way and checked off the list. But I don’t feel nearly as strong mentally or physically in the morning as I do in the afternoon. I’d say I feel the strongest between 12pm-3pm, however if I workout between those times my body may feel strong but my mind feels all over the map because I’m thinking about how I need to get this done so that I can get back to all these other things. It doesn’t help that mid my phone goes off like crazy during the day. So I find myself rushing and find it hard to just shut off & focus on my workout.
In the evening I feel a bit zombie 🧟♀️ like from the day so I absolutely need a coffee or pre workout to accomplish a decent training session. I usually feel pretty strong if I do that but I’ll also feel a bit mentally heavy from my day as well. And because I had caffeine late, I now have trouble sleeping which drives me crazy because I’ll feel exhausted... but just can’t sleep.
So for me... there is no perfect time. I workout when I have time to workout. Everyday is different because my schedule changes constantly. The point is to suck it up and push as hard as you can and to just make the time to fit it into your day somewhere! The benefits of exercise make it worth it! 💪🏼 🔹do you have a fav time to workout?
