After spending most of the weekend resting & recovering from being sick, I think 🤞🏻 I’m finally ready to get back into it. I haven’t run since Wednesday and I am missing it. 📌Wednesday: 6 ez miles & abs
📌Thursday: Yoga + 3 ez miles
📌Saturday: Long(er) run
P.S. I had a groupon to #yoga that was about to expire so I’m quickly fitting it all in. Should be a fun little adventure this week! Hopefully, I can make it a more regular thing!
